There are Full-Time, benefit eligible positions available with open availability.
Cook shifts: Thursday, Friday 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Culinary Aide shifts: Wednesday 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Pay Range:
Cook: $20.00- $24.38 depending on experience
Culinary Aide: $18.00- $21.94 depending on experience

Cook responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to residents by leading and motivating team members to provide fast, friendly and excellent customer service to all guests.
- Prepare and cook all meals to ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards. This will also include feature/specials and grill service.
- Inspect kitchen for conformance to government and company safety and sanitation requirements.
- Review planned meals and take note of special diet requests.
- Observe and report on low stock or high-demand choices.
- Follow and understand diet restrictions and modifications.
- Participate in meetings and required training to maintain regulatory standards of food service at the community.
- Perform additional tasks as required
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families.
- Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents.
- Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents.
- Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department.
- Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms.
- Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs.
Cook/ Culinary Aide skills and requirements:
- Prior cooking experience in institutional and/or quantity cooking equivalent preferred, but not required. We will train you for this position!
- Ability to speak and read English.
