The Boeing CompanyBoeing’s Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S) organization is seeking an Information Technology Manager – Manufacturing and Quality in Seattle, WA; North Charleston, SC or Hazelwood, MO.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day management and operational oversight of OT systems and production assets (equipment and tooling) within Manufacturing and Quality IT
Lead Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) focused on Operational Technology (OT) integration with Production Engineering, including security initiatives such as Sentinel audits, proof of concepts, asset inventory, business continuity, and business impact assessments
Drive initiatives to modernize OT environments, reduce technical debt, and implement digital automation to improve manufacturing operational quality and efficiency
Ensure timely access to manufacturing and quality data to support AI, automation, and predictive analytics solutions
Support the implementation of connected manufacturing standards and integration of IIoT patterns to enhance manufacturing data access and factory digital capabilities
Manage supplier relationships and coordinate with supplier management teams to maximize next-level supplier value in OT operations
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement aligned with Boeing’s values and ASCENT strategic imperatives

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
1+ years experience with Operational Technology
5+ years experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
Exposure to artificial intelligence and machine learning
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA)
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive change and modernization initiatives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

Summary Pay Range: $140,250 – $203,550
