Financial Analyst I - Invoicing

Overview

Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly sales orders and invoices in SAP for high profile projects
- Interpret contracts for invoicing requirements and develop detailed backup sheet
- Prepare contract-specific documentation and coordinate with project managers and customers on review, approval, and sign-off
- Coordinate and develop responses to clients on invoice inquiries
- Understand relevant regulations applicable to invoices and ensure compliance
- Ensure accuracy of revenue recognition processed through SAP
- Utilize a variety of reporting tools to identify and analyze unbilled balances and unpaid invoices
- Prepare labor transfer and A/P transfer requests
- Proactively identify invoicing and payment issues; coordinate with Customer Service, Contracts, project managers, and management to resolve these issues
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience in similar position or supporting similar responsibilities
- Professional experience, ideally focused on invoicing, financial analysis and project administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to effectively interact with all departments and levels of staff
- Bachelor’s in business administration, finance, accounting, or related field
Recommended Qualifications
- Professional experience working with Salesforce, SAP or other ERP systems

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is$66,560—$81,016 USDThe Company
