<p><strong>Mission Trainer - Team Lead - #867</strong></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="header">Location: </span></span></strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="header">Fort Belvoir, VA</span></span><span data-ccp-props="{"469777462":[4680,9360],"469777927":[0,0],"469777928":[3,4]}"> </span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span><strong>TS/SCI w/CI Poly REQUIRED</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335559738":0,"335559739":0}"> </span><strong><span data-contrast="none">Responsibilities:</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li>Develops, maintains, and/or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.</li> <li>Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains material within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.).</li> <li>Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products.</li> <li>Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Meets all qualifications of a senior, plus: 5 years drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications of Senior:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5 years demonstrated experience conducting training at the U.S. in multiple geographic locations.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree with 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or the IC within the last 15 years.</li> <li>Associate’s degree with 1
