Building Servicer

Labor Grade 83

This is a 3rd Shift. Sunday-Thursday 11:30pm-7:00am .

 What You Will Do

Typical tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

 Cleaning of bathrooms, office areas and public areas. 

 Scheduled routine cleaning and use of SAP

 Recycle and waste route coverage

 Clean up oil and water spills

 Small Painting and organization Projects  

 Knowledge on waxing and polishing floors

 Order necessary materials (Use of Bruckner crib system)

 Apply the principals of industrial safety

 Manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously

 Effectively communicate verbally and in writing

 Must be flexible around shifts for coverage and training, including overtime

 Must be able to obtain an Industrial Vehicle license to perform related job duties

 Must be able to occasionally work from heights of 20 feet or more  

 Existing eligible and qualified North Berwick site employees will be given primary consideration for this position

 Must be able to read, write and speak English

Qualifications You Must Have

 High School or GED

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

 Experience with industrial vehicles

What is my role type?

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
