Must have a Project Management Professional certification and 12+ years of experience managing IT projects.  

Basics of the position:

• Oversight of ticket-driven support environments
• SLA tracking and reporting
• Coordination across technical tiers (Tier 1–3, engineering, vendors)
• Experience managing service delivery tied to performance metrics
