Bilingual Ortho Treatment Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Bilingual Ortho Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the treatment coordination for orthodontic patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both English and Spanish-speaking patients.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
- Prior experience in a dental or orthodontic office is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule orthodontic treatments for patients, ensuring timely and accurate appointments.
- Communicate treatment plans and financial information to patients in both English and Spanish.
- Assist patients with insurance claims and billing inquiries.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of all documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns or questions promptly.
- Collaborate with the orthodontic team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Stay current on orthodontic procedures, terminology, and industry trends.
