The Opportunity

For over a decade, Rebel Athletic has been known as the couture disruptor of the cheer and dance uniform world, built on a simple obsession: more sparkle, better fit, and zero compromise. Out of that obsession, and out of necessity, we spent five years engineering something the industry had never seen: our own patent-pending hotfix flatback crystal. In blind tests against Swarovski's own top-of-the-line Xirius crystal, coaches and gym owners preferred our crystal nine times out of ten.

What started as solving our own problem is now ready to become its own business. We are launching the Rebel Crystal Division to bring SuperNova™ and Venus™ crystals to distributors, fashion houses, dance studios, and every brand across North America who refuses to settle for ordinary sparkle. We're looking for the first person to build this division, own this category, and put their name on what we believe will become one of the most exciting new brands in the crystal and rhinestone industry.

The Role

This is a rare chance to be the first face of a brand-new Rebel Athletic business unit. Your core mission is sales: building and owning distributor relationships across North America and turning SuperNova™ and Venus™ into the crystal that fashion houses, dance studios, and other buyers ask for by name. But this role is built for someone who wants more than a sales quota. If you show the leadership and vision to grow this into a full business, you'll be given increasing bandwidth and authority, up to and including ownership of the entire division as you bring on others to help you scale it.

What You'll Own

1. Distributor Sales & Relationship Management (Primary Focus)

• Sell SuperNova™ and Venus™ crystals directly to distributors, fashion houses, dance studios, and other qualified buyers throughout North America.
• Build, develop, and maintain long-term distributor relationships, from initial outreach through repeat and recurring business.
• Leverage existing industry contacts while proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through phone outreach, networking, and in-person visits.

2. Influencer Program Management

• Identify and recruit social media influencers who align with the SuperNova™ and Venus™ brands.
• Build relationships with influencers and coordinate the distribution of product packages.
• Manage influencer partnerships by ensuring agreed-upon content is delivered, monitoring campaign performance, and tracking engagement and results.

3. Brand & Marketing Oversight

• Partner with Rebel's in-house Marketing team on seasonal initiatives to ensure website content, creative assets, and branding remain current.
• Oversee the overall brand presentation of the Rebel Crystal Division, ensuring a consistent and professional brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
