What You’ll Do:

• Oversee the accuracy of materials that are sent to jobsites. This will include material transfers and receipts of goods specifically for jobs. Occasionally may be responsible for delivering supplies using company vehicle.
• Assist with management of over 50+ vehicles, be the POC for maintenance & repair requests
• Assist in determining the overall job profitability by ensuring unused material gets removed from jobs and put back into inventory or returned to vendors
• Manage the truck inventory for all Installers and Service Technicians. This will include accurate recording of on-the-job material recording as well as daily replenishment.
• Receiving of POs in inventory system. Making sure all material is assigned to proper job and location. Auditing the accuracy of what was ordered versus what was received.
• Conduct weekly Install and Service Truck audits to maintain accurate inventory stocking levels for the entire fleet.
• Help with the management of the price book. Adding and editing the price book for the purpose of ensuring it is easy to use and find and lookup materials
• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory levels. Making sure we are always properly stocked.
• Develop new processes to make sure we are operating as efficiently as possible
• Work with team on overall warehouse organization, layout, and cleanliness for peak performance

What you need to succeed:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of inventory and warehouse experience required
• Prior knowledge of home services industry required (HVAC preferred)
• Experience with the ins and outs of inventory
• Must be extremely detailed and organized
• Experience working with vendors and suppliers required
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass a drug screening and background check
