Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

·  Should have strong experience leading teams to deliver PLM transformation and implementation initiatives.

·  Ability to build a strong team in remote conditions

·  Should have the ability to identify and select the right talent

·  Implements and maintains the needs to ensure teams are appropriately trained and mentored to deliver the services

·  Act as a critical Contributor to the Capgemini PLM Delivery Execution framework

·  Assess Customer Opportunity regarding feasibility, value, and risks

·  Contribute to Business Consultant to Capture customer business processes

·  Challenge customer business processes regarding value creation and business transformation

·  Define Global Solution Architecture leveraging Teamcenter Know-how to support customer business objectives, highlighting committed value, and taking extra care of feasibility and delivery effort

·  Leverage collaboration between Capgemini organization around a standard view of the solution architecture for project success and customer satisfaction

·  Ensure the alignment of the delivered solution with the committed (SoW) project scope

·  Support Consultants and architects

·  Strong verbal and written communication skills

·  Experience in managing and mentoring junior talent.

Required Skills:

·  Min 10+ Years of experience with 5+ years as a Teamcenter Technical Architect/Technical Lead

·  Must have architected at least 2 Siemens Teamcenter implementation or transformation programs.

·  Teamcenter server side and client-side Customization

·  Implemented new BMIDE extensions and have them attached to OOTB operations using conditions attachment

·  Configuring items, datasets, naming rules, lists of values, etc. using BMIDE

·  Management of security (project & role based) using Access Manager

·  Develop and maintain Teamcenter workflows collaboratively with the business including overall design and workflow handlers

·  Configure and maintain the Change Management module including workflow updates as required

·  Experience with Part and Design separat
