The Azure & Server Net Revenue Team is seeking a Senior Finance Manager-Agreements Reviews Lead to support analytics, forecasting, and financial rhythm for Azure revenue adjustments across some of our largest and most strategic customer deals. This role partners closely with Azure Finance, Corporate Accounting, and Deal Economics teams to understand key business drivers, strengthen insights, and continuously improve forecast accuracy.

Responsibilities
  •  Performs analysis, modeling, and research to land forecast to support strategic decision-making.  
  • Partners with and solicits insight from business partners to incorporate and clearly land drivers, assumptions, risks and opportunities with stakeholders.  

  • Supports bridging Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR) to Net Revenue analytics to drive early close signals and contribute to forecast accuracy, in collaboration with Corporate Accounting.  

  • Builds and maintain clear frameworks to ensure consistency and repeatability across forecasting, revenue adjustment analysis, and Close motions. 

  • Drives simplification through leveraging AI and efficiency tools and operates with agility in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

 Required/Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 4+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience   

    • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 2+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience  

    • OR equivalent experience. 

 

  • 4+ years of providing  business partnership/stakeholder level forecasting, modeling, and scenario analysis or equivalent experience
   

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills. 

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. 

  • Robust partnering, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, influencing others without direct authority and appropriately pushing back when required. 

  • Advanced organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities, sometimes under tight deadlines. 

  • Effective oral and written communication skills at various levels of the organization. 

  • A deep working knowledge of Microsoft Net Revenue and revenue recognition practices will be highly beneficial.
