Position Summary
Kaseya is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Vice President-level leaders within our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This role will provide high-quality executive support while helping coordinate priorities, meetings, communications, and business activities across the GTM organization.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced environment and a strong understanding of how a sales or GTM organization operates. They are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to expand beyond traditional administrative support and develop into a trusted business partner to GTM leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and changing executive calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and scheduling priorities for two VP-level GTM leaders.
- Proactively manage executive time by understanding priorities, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring time is focused on high-value business activities.
- Develop a strong understanding of the GTM organization, including sales priorities, business reviews, revenue objectives, customer engagements, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Prepare executives for key meetings by coordinating agendas, pre-reads, presentations, briefing materials, and other executive-ready content.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, sales meetings, business reviews, and recurring GTM meetings, ensuring agendas, participants, materials, and follow-up actions are organized and completed.
- Track decisions, commitments, and action items from leadership meetings and help ensure appropriate follow-through.
- Draft, edit, and refine executive communications for internal and external audiences.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and other teams to coordinate information and surface important updates, risks, and dependencies.
- Serve as a professional liaison between the executives and internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve organization, communication, and efficiency.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and driving follow-through.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and discretion when representing the executives and their priorities.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar role.
- Experience supporting leaders or teams within a Sales, Go-to-Market, Revenue, SaaS, or similarly fast-paced business environment.
- Understanding of sales organization structures, business rhythms, and common GTM priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to manage calendars, meetings, travel, and competing scheduling priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate needs
