Job Title: Property Management Lawn Care (Part-time/Temporary)

Reporting Relationship: Director of Property Management

Unit: IWU-Marion

Department: House Rentals-IWU Marion

Campus Location: Maintenance Building, Marion, IN

Summary of Position:    Assist with mowing and trimming of rental properties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Mow and trim rental properties as assigned by the Director of Property Management
• Ensure safety of surrounding areas
• Maintain equipment utilized for mowing and trimming

Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

• Mowing and trimming experience
