As a Payment Lifecycle Associate I within the Global Shares team at JPMorganChase, you will provide payment files with detailed settlement information required to complete payments to the Corporate Client and plan participants. You will additionally reconcile the team’s daily Payment tracker and will be responsible for Payment Error Log management and payment bounce back resolution, which includes researching payment failures, ticket creation for client outreach, and repayments. 

Global Shares is part of the new Workplace offering at JPMorganChase. Your position is critical for the business to process payments for Global Shares (GS) transactions. You will be part of a team that is responsible for all trading and settlement activity for 60+ corporate clients and 100,000 plan participants.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Reconcile team’s daily Payment tracker
  • Provide bank wiring gross trading proceeds to HSBC
  • Provide payment files to HSBC with the detailed settlement information required to complete payments to the Corporate Client and plan participants
  • Responsible for Payment Error Log management and payment bounce back resolution, including Researching payment failures, Ticket creation for client outreach, and Re-payments
  • Recommend changes/simplification of workflow by taking a holistic view of payment process
  • Develop and implement solutions with guidance that strengthen business operating models, enhance the client experience, and improve efficiency and controls 
  • Build strong partnerships with Global Shares business partners and across the Wealth Management organization

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years Payment experience
  • Detail-oriented, results-oriented, client-focused
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize issues/workload
