JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

The IT Department within Auxillary Business & Services is seeking a Part Time IT Support Specialist. This position will encompass various projects with AB&S but will specficially work on installing the new point of sale equipment on campus.

Various duties include:

  • Traveling on campus to various buildings on University Park campus.
  • Communicating with customers about their office phones.
  • Use of the phone and transitioning to Teams calling.
  • Maintain inventory of communication devices.

Estimated 15-20 hrs/week with compensation starting at $17.00 an hour. Weekends/Evenings required. The project is expected to last up to one year.

This position requires that you operate a Motor Vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid U.S. Driver's License and successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Record check will be required in addition to a Standard Background Check.

The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
