Regional Digital & IT SR Manager

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Manager – Digital & IT Integration to act as a key link between newly acquired companies and our Group Digital & IT organization. You will lead integration projects across people, processes, and systems—mainly in the Nordics/ CEE/ Hungary and Romania—ensuring alignment with the Group’s digital strategy. This role involves regular business travel to regional offices and newly acquired entities to ensure hands-on support and alignment with local teams. Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement integration strategies for applications and systems.
• Collaborate with the Integration Management Office (IMO) on regional projects.
• Build and manage a high-performing IT team.
• Design scalable, secure technical architectures.
• Ensure service stability and compliance (cybersecurity, data protection, governance).
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.

What You Bring

• 15+ years of experience in Digital & IT, with a focus on integration and transformation.
• Strong leadership, project/program management, and strategic thinking.
• Technical expertise in cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications (e.g. SAP, Salesforce), and data platforms.
• Fluent English (other languages are a plus).
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across regions as part of the role
