Job Description

Looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? The StepStone Group is seeking a Senior Manager Business Excellence to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business performance in one of our key regions through regular business reviews and identifying areas for improvement. With your proven track record of successfully implementing improvement initiatives, managing teams, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in improving the overall performance of our company. Key Responsibilities:

• Regular Business Reviews on one of the business regions on top management level
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the EMEA region, including sales, services, finance, HR.
• Develop and implement business excellence initiatives and projects across the EMEA region to improve the overall performance of the company
• Work closely with the senior management team to develop and execute measures to meet business objectives
• Identify areas for (process) improvement and drive improvement initiatives to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
• Develop and implement change programs to ensure the success of initiatives and projects.
• Act as business excellence expert for a dedicated region and conduct regular top management business reviews on region performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a business excellence or similar role, such as strategy consulting, strategic sales.
• Master’s degree in business, management, or related field. MBA or PhD preferred.
• Proven track record of implementing successful business excellence initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Must be fluent in both German and English language.
