Responsibilities
Noblis is looking for a Top Secret cleared Systems Architect.
Job Responsibilities:
- Designs, builds and implements and maintains enterprise class systems and processes to support mission needs and develops the baseline and target architecture for a production environment.
- Aligns standards and frameworks with overall business and technology strategy.
- Identifies design gaps in existing and proposed architecture and recommends changes and/or enhancements to ensure stability, interoperability, portability and/or scalability of system architecture.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to design secure IT infrastructure.
- Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
- Plans and leads major technology assignments.
- Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success.
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required.
- Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.

- Mid Level: Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years of experience in systems engineering, IT infrastructure management, or related technical disciplines
- Compensation: $103,800 - $162,225
- Mid Level: Bachelor's degree with 5 - 8 years of experience in systems engineering, IT infrastructure management, or related technical disciplines

- SR Level: Bachelor's degree with 8 - 10 years of experience in systems engineering, IT infrastructure management, or related technical disciplines
- Compensation: $125,500 - $196,075
- SR Level: Bachelor's degree with 8 - 10 years of experience in systems engineering, IT infrastructure management, or related technical disciplines
- Experience with infrastructure management utilities such as: Citrix (XenCenter and Director), Hyper-V Manager, Failover Cluster Manager, Dell OpenManage Enterprise (OME), Splunk.
- Experience with major cloud service providers (preferably Amazon AWS and/or Microsoft Azure).
- Experience/familiarity with Windows Server 2019 operating system and Active Directory, virtualization technology such as Hyper-V and VMware, Red Hat Linux, CentOS, and related technology.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with Agile development practices and use of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong professional and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-organization and self-management skills, with emphasis on self-initiation, teamwork and follow through.
- Must have demonstrated ability to interact directly with business owners/subject matter experts to interpret business needs and large problems and distill them into workable components.
- Able to work collaboratively with other IT professionals.
