Our Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing Innovive Health's overall recruitment strategy. This role leads the full talent acquisition function, including, sourcing strategy, and recruitment operations. The Director partners closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to attract, hire, and retain top talent while supporting the organization’s growth and operational goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Talent Acquisition Strategy
• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational growth goals.
• Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
• Establish recruiting goals, metrics, and reporting to measure hiring performance and effectiveness.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Recruitment Operations
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process across all departments and levels.
• Manage recruitment pipelines, sourcing strategies, and interview processes to ensure timely hiring.
• Implement best practices in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and hiring regulations.
Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team.
• Provide guidance on recruitment strategies, candidate evaluation, and hiring best practices.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing recruiting team environment.
Sourcing & Employer Branding
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and industry partnerships.
• Strengthen employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.
Stakeholder Partnership
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand department staffing needs and role requirements.
• Provide guidance on interview structure, candidate selection, and competitive hiring practices.
• Deliver regular updates to leadership on recruiting activity, hiring progress, and market trends.
Data & Reporting
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, and hiring outcomes.
• Provide leadership with regular recruitment reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Utilize data to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies.
WHAT YOU HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting leadership.
• Experience in high volume healthcare or home health recruitment.
• Experience managing recruitment teams and hiring strategies across multiple departments.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing techniques, and hiring processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting multi-state hiring initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in scaling recruiting operations during organizational growth.
