About the role
This is a remote position.
Work Schedule:- Wednesday & Friday: 12:00 PM-7:30 PM London Time (7PM - 2:30AM PHT)
- with a 30-minute unpaid break
- Thursday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM London Time (4PM to 11:30P M PHT) with a 30-minute unpaid break
- 21 hours per week
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Salesperson to join our team at Drop Gym. Your main task will be reaching out to potential leads, updating our database, and inviting them to come in for a free trial. This is an outbound calling role where you’ll qualify leads and encourage them to book a follow-up call with one of our senior sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to leads from our database.
• Confirm interest and update customer information.
• OVer free trials and encourage potential members to visit the gym.
• Schedule follow-up calls with senior sales team members.
Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.• Comfortable talking on the phone and engaging with people.
• Friendly and persuasive communication style.
• Basic understanding of gyms and fitness (preferred but not required).
