Companion Caregiver – Part-Time & PRN Weekend Availability Preferred Conway, AR

Executive Home Care of Conway, AR is hiring Companion Caregivers to provide non-medical support and companionship to clients in their homes. This role focuses on social interaction and light household assistance.

We offer part-time and PRN positions with flexible scheduling. As client hours increase, full-time opportunities may become available. 

Responsibilities:

• Engage clients in conversation, reading, games, and hobbies
• Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Assist with light meal planning and preparation
• Perform light housekeeping and organization
• Offer medication reminders
• Encourage participation in activities that promote well-being
• Observe and report changes in client behavior or health

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in caregiving, volunteering, or supporting elderly individuals preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
