WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Monitor quality and report issues promptly while correctly packaging, racking, or prepping materials to meet customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area for efficient operations.
• Use supplies efficiently and notify appropriate personnel when inventory is low.
• Load/unload materials safely at line speed, prep surfaces for finishing, and ensure proper adhesion through cleaning tasks.
• Operate hand tools like sanders and blow-off guns while adhering to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support department operations.

WHO YOU ARE

• Knowledge of production operations and experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read, count, perform simple math equations and accurately measure is required.
• Previous experience with small hand tools is beneficial. 
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Previous work experience on paint line.
