What You'll Do
As part of a collaborative, well-supported care team, you'll:
- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish treatment plans
- Provide short-term therapy services (12-week model) for patients of all ages
- Treat a range of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders (SUD), and maternal mental health conditions
- Deliver 45-minute intake and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including psychiatry, crisis services, and case management
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment with a proactive, “go-getter” mindset
More About the Role
- Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient clinic based in California
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/week in PST
- Appointments: 45 minutes for intakes and individual sessions
- Administrative time: Included within schedule
- Caseload: Approx. 6–8 clients per day
- Patient Population: All ages
- Languages: Spanish fluency required
- Short-term, structured therapy model (approx. 12 weeks)
- Seeking team-oriented clinicians who thrive in a collaborative environment
- Experience working with immigrant populations is a plus
