Sr. DevOps Engineer

As a Sr. DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing DevOps processes and infrastructure to ensure the seamless deployment and operation of software applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of DevOps processes and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement best practices for continuous integration and delivery.
• Automate the provisioning, configuration, and deployment of infrastructure and services using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Chef.
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in DevOps and recommend improvements to existing processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Expertise in configuring and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
