• $14–$16/hour, based on experience (negotiable)

 What You’ll Do:

• Follow our proven sales process to promote and sell the Elements Massage Wellness Program

• Build relationships with clients to encourage membership loyalty

• Listen carefully to client needs and create memorable customer experiences

• Turn every client concern into an opportunity to deliver outstanding service

• Support studio operations with professionalism and reliability

• Excellent communicator who loves listening as much as talking

• Team player who thrives in a fun, fast-paced, spa-like environment

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Retail or membership-based sales experience (e.g., gym, salon, or spa)

• Customer service experience in a wellness, spa, or hospitality setting

• Familiarity with computers, phone call etiquette, scheduling, and POS systems
