Join Roche, where every voice matters.</span></p><p></p><h3></h3><h2>The Position</h2><p>As External Engagement Coordination Partner, you will actively drive and facilitate the end-2-end process oversight, improvement, monitoring and execution. You will partner with Roche internal partners and external customers for the engagements within your responsibility, and you will ensure that all Healthcare Professional (<b>HCP</b>) and Patient related engagements steps and work related to Donations and Sponsorships (<b>GSD</b>s) requests for Healthcare Organizations (<b>HCO</b>s)/Patient organizations are effectively and efficiently managed and related transfers of value are completed time, in high quality and in line with all compliance rules and regulations. You will be working closely with global organisations to ensure Events with Healthcare professionals are conducted in an <a href="http://The%20International%20Federation%20of%20Pharmaceutical%20Manufacturers%20&%20Associations%20%28IFPMA%29%20Code%20of%20Practice" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">ethical and compliant</a> way.</p><p></p><p><b>Your Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li>Provide expert healthcare compliance advice to senior leaders independently, and ensure adherence to global and local regulations throughout the external engagement process</li><li>Manage the end-2-end compliance process for HCP/HCO, patient engagements, and GSD management</li><li>Ensure correct calculation and analysis of Fair Market Value (<b>FMV</b>) and compliant transfer of value (ToV) for HCP engagement activities</li><li>Closely monitor the reconciliation of Purchase Orders (POs), invoice, and payment to guarantee swift execution with 100% accuracy</li><li>Interact with global pharma compliance offices and affiliates to determine FMV and other hospitality restrictions and seek approvals. And in collaboration with the global compliance offices, ensure timely and compliant submission of Actual Spend Reports upon engagement completion for all events under your responsibility</li><li>Execute travel & logistics activities where requested and as needed</li><li>Provide high-quality customer service to internal clients and partners, and respond to complex compliance-related questions, guide and interpret policy for stakeholders</li><li>Track and support the entire engagement process, ensuring timely, high-quality execution and excellent customer satisfaction.</li><li>Partner with Compliance and Procurement Leads to develop new work processes, tools, or resources</li><li>Drive and assist the E2E external engagements process across the company and scale up capabilities within the team</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who You Are</b></p><ul><li>You hold a BSc degree and built 5+ years of work experience working in the fields of customer relations management, finance, procurement, event Management or related fields</li><li>You built advanced organizational and project management skills</li><li>You built 5+ years of work experience with HCP/HCO and/or Patient communities interactions, as well as a good understanding of the different types of collaboration Pharma is conducting with Healthcare professionals (HCPs)</li><li>You have a continuous improvement mindset, and built process excellence skills to help drive change and transformation, as well as transform complex processes</li><li>You are IT system savvy and built experience using tools such as iHCP /GSD, MyBuy, SAP, MDMS and other affiliate (expense) approval tools</li><li>Demonstrates the ability to network, engage and partner within global structures and establish positive relationships</li><li>You adhere to high work ethic standards, have personal integrity to tune in to the needs and concerns of different people, including people from different backgrounds, cultures and situations.
