Telehealth Project Manager

Description

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) has an outstanding opportunity for a Telehealth Project Manager who will support the Director of Telehealth and GRC’s providers and stakeholders to understand the current telemedicine context and align the overall executive strategy with the telemedicine strategy, as well as align the organization towards a common vision and brand for telemedicine services. This is a Hybrid position!

Responsibilities 

• Supports the Director of Telehealth and current services for inpatient and outpatient programs focusing on the clinical  workflows. 
• Oversees the integration of telehealth technologies with existing healthcare systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Establishes telemedicine protocols and guidelines on topics such as patient selection, consultation process, documentation and referral pathways developed and implemented to ensure consistency and quality in telehealth service delivery. 
• Addresses the identified gaps in knowledge and skills, draft comprehensive curriculums, in line with the specific needs of the providers, services and all GRC stakeholders, considering their different roles and responsibilities. 
• Assumes ownership of Telehealth project life cycles, orchestrating successful project delivery from initiation to deployment, concurrently managing GRC’s Telehealth initiatives. 
• Maintains robust documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory audit requirements and industry best practices in a dynamic regulatory landscape.
• Prepares project plans for all project phases, procuring necessary resources to achieve objectives within planned timelines.
• Manages project scope and changes. 
• Coaches, mentors, motivates, and supervises telehealth providers and GRC stakeholders.
• Identifies the current knowledge and skill level of the providers and GRC stakeholders in telemedicine, helping to identify gaps and areas that require further development.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Has the ability to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of telehealth projects, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, clinical staff, and external vendors, to develop and implement telehealth solutions.
• Proven ability to monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Skilled at facilitating communication and coordination between stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Knowledgeable with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. 
• 5 years’ experience in Behavioral Health and SUD treatment and recovery.
• 2 years of evaluation management in behavior health and SUD treatment and recovery.
• 2 years of experience working within a cross functional Behavioral Health and SUD matrix environment.

• Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances
• Pass Drug Screen
• TB Test
