Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate or Mid-Level (Level 2 or Level 3) Staff Analyst to join the 777 Airplane Level Integration team based out of Everett, Washington.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data, conducting research, and assisting with the evaluation of organizational issues. Additionally, you will support leadership facilitating meetings and events, summarize documentation, gather customer requirements, and maintain project schedules. Position Responsibilities:

  • Collects and assembles data from multiple sources.

  • Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues.

  • Supports leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large facilitated meetings and events.

  • Summarizes and reviews documentation and develops informational or technical materials.

  • Gathers customer requirements for projects.

  • Develops and maintains the project schedule, monitors and tracks execution of the plan.

  • Works with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives.

  • Plans and coordinates group-level facility requirements.

  • Provides status reports. Maintains and tracks training requirements.

  • Regularly communicates with peers and leaders at all levels.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of experience communicating and collaborating directly with internal or external customers, peers, other employees, and all levels of leadership

  • 1+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

  • 1+ years of demonstrated experience project management experience and ability to work on several projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 1+ years of experience supporting Engineering or Production teams

  • 1+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • 1+ years of experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high-quality delivery

  • 1+ years of experience working with executive leadership, preparing reports with a high-level of visibility

  • 1+ years of experience designing organizational management systems and operating rhythm

Typical Education/Experience: 

Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
