Supports the goals of the Human Resources department and the organization through effective and efficient recruitment, employee relations, and HRIS activities.•Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; recommends and provides input in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. •Supports the Worker’s Compensation claim reporting and resolution process in partnership with the internal leaves department and site leadership.•Assists site HR leadership in partnering with operational leaders in areas of employee relations counseling.•Participates in department staff meetings and attends other meetings, seminars, and training sessions.•Participates in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.•Maintains Human Resource Information System records and personnel files. Compiles reports from database. Partner with Payroll to provide accurate and timely employee information for the payroll run cycle.  •Maintains records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.•Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems. •Administers compensation program; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.•Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.•Develops, administers, and tracks various training programs and initiatives for nonexempt colleagues.•Conducts recruitment effort for all nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career pathing program, writes and places advertisements.•Help coordinate and plan site holiday parties, fun committee events, fundraising initiatives, and other as needed while maintaining detailed records and following set event budget.•Performs site benefits administration by partnering with corporate benefits team to include claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees.•General administration duties supporting the HR department


Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relative Human Resources experience is required.  
  • 2+ years’ experience in Recruiting is required.

Education Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred or comparative combination of degree, certification, and experience

  • Proficient in MS Office products, including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
