This role is more than just coding. As a full stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll help make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.  Work with us as we shape systems for the better.

You Have: 

• 3+ years of experience with development in one or more programming or scripting languages such as Python, C, or Java

• 1+ years of experience with database query languages or database design

• Experience with supporting SW development projects involving multiple developers, including working with language family IDEs and generating code documentation

• Experience with version control using Git/Gitflow

• Experience with Python packages or modules that follow Python and industry-standard design patterns

• Knowledge of different layers of the technology stack, including network, application frameworks, database systems, and vendor solutions

• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies as part of a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) workflow while using Atlassian suite including Jira, Bitbucket, and Bamboo

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience with UI/UX development technologies, especially with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue

• Experience with working on multiple OS platforms, including Linux, Mac, Windows, Android, and iOS

• Experience with iOS and Android mobile development languages, including Java, Objective-C, or Swift

• Ability to work within an agile environment and meet critical deadlines

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
