Position:

Geriatrician/Mobile Doctor, Regional Medical Director

Location: Northern and Central Orange County, CA, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive medical assessments for elderly patients in diverse settings (home care, assisted living, nursing homes)
• Prescribe medications and develop tailored treatment plans to address the complex medical needs of seniors
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure the highest standard of care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and other healthcare facilities as needed
• Provide leadership and clinical direction for Advanced Practice Providers (NP, PAs)

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with a minimum of 2 years of medical practice experience
• Specialized experience in geriatric care is required
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for building meaningful relationships with elderly patients and their families
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proven leadership qualities with the ability to foster a collaborative team environment

Pay: $215,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
