Accounting Administrator - Time and Attendance

Job Details:

SUMMARY:

This clerical position works Monday thru Friday.  Approx. hours  7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Saturday's if your shift works. You will work Sundays around Holidays.  Job requires walking and stairs and light lifting of less than 10 pounds.

You will work with production supervisors and enter documented changes into our

payroll system.  Work with nursing staff to ensure proper light duty placements.

Good communication skills a plus and good math skills are needed.  Ability to

understand military time a plus and ten key skills a must.

All team members are responsible for safety. This includes but is not limited to personal safety and food safety.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1 plus years of office experience a plus.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills.

Special Skills: Good attendance and safety record; ability to work on a team; ability to work with little supervision; detail oriented.
