Come join us and help shape the future!</p><p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p><p><u>Duties and Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>Support the Document Control Manager and Document Control Team to maintain a document management system for contract documents and project documents.</li><li>Work with the Document Control Manager and Document Control Team to ensure policies and procedures are being followed.</li><li>Implement an efficient work-flow process, monitor daily activity, and implement modifications.</li><li>Work within the existing Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). </li><li>Knowledge of document management process, procedures, and systems. </li><li>Provide Document Management support to the entire project team.</li><li>Retrieve files, Upload / Download files, Manage Document Naming Convention, numbering, assigning, and distribution. </li><li>Process Incoming/Outgoing documentation.</li><li>Ensure that electronic record files as required are maintained in good order to comply with contractual requirements.</li><li>Familiar with the Submittal and RFI Packages Procedure and Processes.</li><li>Work with project department leads to ensure timely processing of documentation.</li><li>May occasionally be required to manage day-to-day operations of the Document Control Team.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p><p><u>Minimum Qualifications:</u></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience</li><li>1-3 years of project experience in a Document Control or similar role, working in the construction industry.</li><li>Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and ProjectWise</li><li>Excellent organization, coordination, and prioritizing skills.</li><li>Strong reading, comprehension, and written retention skills.</li><li>Exhibit good problem solving skills and superior attention to details.</li><li>Exceptional client relations and customer service skills.</li><li>Energetic, self-motivated, and quick to learn with a focus on continuous improvement.</li><li>Ability to work in a team or independently in a multi-disciplinary team environment.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality at all times.</li><li>Must be able to work within the Field Office located in Norfolk 5 days per week.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p><p>WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.</p><p>Expected Salary: $76,689 - $78,769/year<br/> <br/>WSP USA is providing the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.
