Tasks & Responsibilities
- Serve as a functional IT Business Analyst for Talent Acquisition & Onboarding solutions.
- Partner with HR leaders to align business needs with IT strategy, acting as a trusted subject matter expert.
- Translate business requirements into IT service specifications, ensuring smooth collaboration between business and service management teams.
- Oversee implementation of IT solutions that follow IT service management and compliance frameworks.
- Take a big-picture view of end-to-end processes, identifying cross-functional dependencies.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers, driving initiatives from start to finish.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor’s degree with significant experience also considered).
- Several years of hands-on experience with HR applications, ideally in Talent Acquisition (e.g., Workday, Phenom People, Avature).
- Strong understanding of global HR processes, particularly recruiting and onboarding, and related IT solutions/integrations.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing IT service providers.
- Proven success in leading international, cross-functional HR/IT projects.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements for IT projects in highly regulated industries (healthcare a plus).

- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German language skills are an advantage
