SITEC- Sr. Systems Analyst- Ft. Liberty, NC

Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking highly qualified Sr. Systems Analysts to fill multiple positions on for the upcoming Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3. Positions are located both CONUS/OCONUS at the SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill, AFB FL, and at the TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad.

 

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain NetworkOperations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user.

Duties include but are not limited to:

 

• Analyzing systems hardware and software problems and developing technical solutions• Translating user and systems requirements into functional technical specifications• Writing and maintaining detailed systems documentation, including user manuals and technical manuals• Acting as a liaison between developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and end user satisfaction• Applying hardware and software engineering expertise to lead application development and testing• Analyzing the architecture and quality of hardware and software systems.• Utilizing knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design concepts, design patterns, and data structures.

• Some positions may require working a non-standard work schedule to support customer requirements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications;

• An active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required for the position.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics-intensive discipline or a similar field. Significant relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• DoD 8570/8140 IAT level II certification is required.
• CCNP Enterprise OR Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) OR MCE OR Certified Information Security Manager(CISM) OR Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is required.
• Prior experience serving in a systems analyst role supporting an enterprise level information technology program at the COCOM or similar level.

Target Salary Range

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
