KRE Security, LLC is seeking professional and dependable Part-Time Security Guards to join our team in Pottstown, PA. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who can balance professionalism with compassion while ensuring a safe environment.

Pay Rate:
$18.50/hour

Shifts Available (Weekends):

• Saturdays & Sundays
  • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
    
    

Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety and security of the premises
  
  
• Conduct patrols and monitor activity
  
  
• Interact with individuals from all walks of life, including those experiencing hardship
  
  
• Remain firm but respectful and compassionate in all interactions
  
  
• Utilize a Phazzer (non-lethal CEW) when required, in accordance with training and protocols
  
  
• Report incidents accurately and follow all site procedures
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working with people experiencing homelessness and/or current and former drug issues
  
  
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate in challenging situations
  
  
• Comfortable using a Phazzer (non-lethal CEW) – training provided 
  
  
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  
  
• Clean background (no felonies or misdemeanors)
  
  
• Prior security or related experience preferred, but not required
