YOUR MISSION

• Jointly responsible with Head of Merchandising Retail Europe for delivering maximum sales, margin, and profit to the business whilst showcasing the PUMA brand in Outlet stores.
• Jointly responsible for buy spend, OTB/buy level management, divisional inventory control and option count across all divisions.
• Responsible for delivering commercial strategy, strategy updates and proposals on key decisions to the business and responsible for gaining agreement with Senior Management.
• Building, training and developing the team of Planners and Allocators.
• Direct and manage Planners and Allocators in developing seasonal/quarterly strategy, reviewing and identifying lessons learnt from financial KPIs. Sign off targets with Head of Retail Merchandising.
• Re-forecast and in-season top line WSSI to manage inventory, intake, sales and profit forecast and manage OTB/buy level. Communicate revised targets to Planners, Buyers, team and key stakeholders. Create action plan to manage opportunities and risks, ensure implementation of actions by teams.
• Direct and coach the teams in assortment planning financials to maximize profit, sales, space density and option flow whilst optimizing inventory and managing risk on trend product. Collate feedback from financials and potential risks and opportunities and highlight to the business.

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Business preferred
• Experience in a comparable role is a plus
• Experience in a leadership or management role, overseeing and motivating teams is a plus
• Data driven decision making
• Solution oriented
• Understanding of end-to-end Retail business
• Ability to work closely on cross department projects/tasks
