Exciting Leadership Opportunity: Supervisor, GI Lab

As THe Supervisor, GI Lab, you’ll have the opportunity to lead daily operations, collaborate closely with the GI Lab Clinical Manager, and guide a team of dedicated RNs in the GI Lab.

What you will do:

• Work a 1.0 FTE salaried position

• Collaborate with the GI Lab Clinical Manager to carry out the vision, objectives, and strategies consistent with the system’s mission, vision, and goals

• Provide day-to-day leadership support to staff through problem-solving, sustaining change, and responding to ideas and concerns in real time

• Support staff development, performance management, and adherence to quality standards

• Provide follow-up on quality and safety events

• Lead approximately 42 direct reports (RNs) and manage performance

• Support smooth daily operations within the GI Lab

What you will need:

• RN licensure to work in Wisconsin

• Relevant clinical experience in GI, procedural, or acute care nursing preferred

• Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead and support a large team of caregivers

• Commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care
