About the role
The Customer Experience Data Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining PowerBI dashboards and reports to provide data-driven insights into customer experience metrics and trends. This role will work closely with the Operations Governance and Reporting team, as well as cross-functional stakeholders, to ensure the delivery of actionable customer experience analytics.

- Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports to visualize and analyze customer experience data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key customer experience metrics and data requirements.
- Perform data analysis to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for improving the customer experience.
- Document data sources, data models, and report specifications to ensure transparency and consistency.
- Provide training and support to dashboard users to maximize the impact of customer experience analytics.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest PowerBI features and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
- Partner with the data engineering team to ensure data quality and reliability.
- Participate in the governance process to maintain data integrity and security.

What we are looking for
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or customer experience analytics.
- Proficient in PowerBI, including data modeling, dashboard design, and report development.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
- Experience working with customer experience data, metrics, and KPIs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, or business analytics.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data visualization best practices and design principles.
- Knowledge of customer experience frameworks and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools.
- Understanding of cloud data architectures and data warehousing concepts.

For positions based in Jersey City, NJ the base salary range is $82,400 - $100,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. In addition, we're proud to offer a range of competitive benefits.
