Senior Business Operations Specialist

WWC Federal is seeking an experienced Senior Business Operations Specialist to support a contract with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Providing expertise and support in applying proven and mature program and project management practices to execute various innovation and Robotics Process Automation (RPA) projects, including strategic planning, portfolio management, business case analysis, risk management, communication management, contingency planning, performance measurement, program reporting, and quality management.
- Developing and deploying creative and innovative methods to improve stakeholder communication and collaboration through using industry best practices, soft skills, lessons learned, examples, and other creative and innovative methods.
- Developing and maintaining a performance management identification and selection process to assist in organizational analysis.
- Developing a set of evaluation criteria, and applying a selection approach to identify the projects that provide the most benefit.
- Developing and maintaining a project pipeline that aligns with the strategic priorities of the IRS CFO, including support for each project with project planning and management, milestone status tracking and reviews, risk and issue identification, tracking and resolution and participation in program and release level activities.
- Project support shall align with the IRS RPA program enterprise life cycle (ELC) development path, methodology, and delivery approach.
- Maintaining the RPA Program’s project management tools including key performance indicators, executive reporting, executive dashboards, and automation status reporting.
- Providing data visualization support using tools such as Tableau.
Work Environment:
- Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
- Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:
- 10% / Minimal Travel.
