As an Associate Lawyer in Employment Law, you will join our expert team focusing on day-to-day employment law advice, M&A, restructuring, transformation projects, compensation & benefits and international employment. You will advise clients on a wide range of individual and collective labour law issues. Building on your initial experience in employment law, you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills and deepen your expertise by taking on hands-on responsibilities across all areas from the very start.

About You
You hold a master's degree in law with a specialisation in social law.
You have between one and four years' experience in Social Law.
You are a true team player with excellent communication skills.
You are client-oriented, analytical, and strong in writing.
You are motivated, dynamic, and able to work both independently and with a team.
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
You can demonstrate a strong affinity with AI and emerging technologies, and are eager to engage with the legal challenges and opportunities these innovations present in the field of employment law.
