Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Owner at XTEL, you will collaborate with agile teams to design, build, and deliver our industry-leading products. You will play a pivotal role in translating customer business requirements into production-ready software, serving as the key point of contact for your product area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other product owners and engineering teams to design solutions for business use cases and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Ensure scrum teams have adequate business context and ownership of solutions.
• Gather requirements and manage the product backlog, focusing on customer outcomes.
• Define features and write user stories with clear acceptance criteria, using visual tools where appropriate.
• Represent end users in backlog grooming sessions, ensuring complex features are well-scoped.
• Work with the product design team to create effective end-to-end user experiences.
• Prioritize and clarify the business value of technical enablers with product architects.
• Adjust project scope and manage expectations as needed with scrum teams.
• Build strong relationships with scrum teams and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
• Provide last-level support to other PO teams as needed, in alignment with product management priorities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Knowledge and interest in the Engineering, Computer Science and AI fields.
• 3 years of experience as a product owner or business analyst in a software company, practicing Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to convey complex concepts to various stakeholders.
• A Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM-related field.
• Strong analytic mindset and questioning skills, focusing on "why" rather than "how" or "what."

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with design thinking and user-centered design techniques.
• Experience with product management tools.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with SaaS platforms.
• Ability to align product strategy with business objectives and explore stakeholder ideas constructively.
• Advanced proficiency in Italian
