The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE:

Under the direction of leadership, is accountable for provision of competent direct patient care based on established standards. Contributes to unit activities and supports enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. Supports peers in the delivery of patient care services and assumes an expanded role which may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities.

Full Time 36 Hour Position. 8 Hour Days Mon-Fri. No on-call or holidays.

RN needed to work collaboratively with physicians and APPs for a diverse surgical clinic.  Daily clinic service varies to accommodate patients for: Burn/Plastic, Trauma, Acute Care, Oncology, Thoracic,Renal and Liver Transplant, Nutritional Support.  Primary role to assist with patient intake, education and medical needs.  Must be self-directed and able to work in fast paced environment.  Strong ability to multitask and lead team in providing optimal patient care.  Experience with outpatient and/or med-surg patient population preferred but not required. Must be flexible to learn and cover multiple specialties. Strong clinical assessment and communication skills essential for success.
