Potawatomi Sportsbook Server (PT)

Starting $7.25 per hour plus tips | Requires flexibility to work various shifts

As a Server, you’ll deliver a warm welcome, stay in sync with your team, and help create a winning atmosphere for every guest. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and keeping the excitement going from the first bet to the final buzzer

Below are some of the responsibilities of a Potawatomi Casino Hotel Sports Bar Server:

1. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
2. Assess, anticipate, and attend to guest needs or concerns.
3. Use point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately process payments and dispense correct change.
4. Monitor responsible alcohol service to guests.
5. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and safe working environment.
6. Maintain complete knowledge of the venue and the casino.
7. Work in other venues as assigned, based on business needs.

What you need:

1. Excellent communication, hospitality, interpersonal and math skills.
2. Attentiveness and patience for guests.
3. The ability to successfully achieve Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days.
4. The ability to work irregular hours, extended shifts, weekends, and holidays

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

1. A high school diploma or equivalent and 6 months of related experience.
2. Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications.
3. Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
