Location: The Portland ClinicPosition: FAMILY MEDICINE EMPANELED NURSE-PRACTITIONER OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Thank you for your interest in The Portland Clinic, the oldest medical group in the region that is physician owned and governed. The Portland Clinic is the only full spectrum multispecialty group (with both primary and specialty care) in the Portland metropolitan area that remains fully independent – no hospital, payer, or private equity ownership.
All candidates must have at least two years of empaneled patient care experience to be considered.
A competitive salary/compensation package is offered.
The Executive Committee has authorized the expansion of the clinic’s primary care nurse practitioner/physician assistant team by five providers to meet the insatiable community demand. Their patient care is complemented by a full suite of ancillary services including imaging (MRI, CT, Xray, US, Mammography, and Dexa), lab, a surgery center, and an urgent care via our fully integrated Epic EMR system.
The Portland Clinic’s leadership team is a collaborative structure that works directly with the providers to enable high-quality patient care and a quality-of-life balance. The group provides centralized services which include quality/population health, Rx refills, a clinical call center, and wrap-around clinical services such as behavioral health, social work, diabetes services, and a COAG clinic.
The 630 square mile Portland metropolitan area is home to a wide breadth of community features from downtown to the dense forest. It has big city excitement and small-town charm. Its residents – your patients – are a healthy, outdoor/active community who enjoy good food, strong schools, and friendly neighborhoods. A magnificent coastline, world-class skiing, waterfalls, hiking/biking trails, and the Columbia River Gorge are all within a short drive. Finally, it is home to a number of professional sports and comprehensive entertainment offerings such as the symphony, multiple theaters, festivals, and large concert venues that host today’s top talent.
