The Opportunity 

 

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for managing customer relationships from a Product Supply perspective, focusing on daily essential tasks for existing customer accounts. This role serves as the key account contact for strategic accounts and is an individual contributor. This role reports to the Customer Service Manager and duties include but are not limited to the following;

 

• Manage top 10 strategic customers, overseeing end-to-end product supply.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling daily tasks and communications.
• Review and resolve issues with Purchase Orders, including discontinuations, pricing, and units of measure.
• Collaborate with Sales and Pricing teams on customer pricing matters.
• Oversee the entire order process, coordinating pick, pack, and shipment.
• Work with Supply Planning and Demand Planning teams on material service issues.
• Optimize truck loads for shipments and create delivery notes for the warehouse.
• Coordinate with Logistics teams on Customer PO execution.

 

 

   The Skills you will bring to the team

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 4 years in customer service or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of customer service functions and environments
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Strong time management and administrative skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP SD
• Familiarity with EDI transactions and supply chain organization
