Job Summary:

This position is under the supervision of the Director of Lakeshore Campus Operations & Student Services. This position is responsible for ensuring campus operations are met. This includes support for the academic and community events held at Lakeshore, collecting data and reporting. Another position prerequisite is to provide standard and advance customer service support to Enrollment Services. It requires experience in enrollment services, the use of student privacy, working with initiatives to meet the needs of K12 and other students transitioning to college. The person in this position will need to have knowledge of college and campus policies and procedures.

Job Description:

Department and Campus Operations– 40%

1) Work may include rotation of duties for the Welcome and One Stop Center and support for backup of house office operations.

2) Coordinate services which connect students to meet with advisors or specialists from Academic Advising, Counseling, the Career Center and other college departments as necessary.

3) Assist The Director of Campus Operations and Student Development with campus departments to design and implement proactive communication campaigns regarding campus programs, events, changes, and offerings.

4) Back up support with academic and events space utilization including events on campus.

5) Process 25 live Reservation’s request for room reservations including computer lab requests which includes facilities and IT reservations.

6) Oversees the mail services ensuring package and mail deliveries to each campus department.

7) ensure copy machines and vending machines are working properly and notifying campus services of issues with these services.

8) Work with the Campus Police and Safety Coordinators and trainings on the Lakeshore Campus.

Data entry/reporting – 15%

1) Generate various reports regarding students and prospective students.

2) Maintain the campus hours of operations.

3) Create and updated reports on students utilizing the services for Academic and Nonacademic programs on a weekly, monthly, semester and yearly.

4) Data entry for special programs and students helped to transition to CLC.

Customer Service/Student and Community – 40%
1) Provide accurate information to prospective students and the community by telephone or in person and giving tours of the campus, and assisting events such as the Open House.

2) Provide support to financial Aid with the Federal, State and College policies and procedures appropriately as well as follow the guidelines of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). If necessary, route inquiries to appropriate person.
3) Support Admissions and enrollment services Password Resets and CLC ID look ups.

4) Application Assistance.

5)  Navigate CCN/ASA check-ins.

6) Support Faculty at Lakeshore

7) Assist the Director of Campus Operations and Student Services with Community activities and projects at the Lakeshore Campus.

8) Provide Assistance to the Deans Assistants of the Lakeshore Campus which will include internal and community activities.

9) Provide general office email, telephone support and other services.

Required Qualifications 
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years of office support or related experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment
