You will make a difference in our patient’s lives by providing safe patient care, in a emergency visit setting, deliver individualized nursing care plans to ensure our patients have an optimal care experience while working as part of an interdisciplinary team, supporting both patients and their families. Office Location: 349 Southport Cir STE 106, Virginia Beach, VA 23452

Coverage area: Virginia Beach & Surrounding Counties         

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 5PM-8AM

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
• 1 year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence
