What you'll be doing

As a Client Service Associate, you will provide day-to-day administrative support for a variety of high-net-worth client accounts (revocable and irrevocable trusts, investment management accounts, IRAs, foundations) and act as a trusted partner to the Client Service Manager(s) by serving as their primary point of contact for client servicing needs.

  • Integral support for Senior Relationship Management team

  • Administrative support:  telephone back-up, prepare correspondence and maintain files

  • Prepare materials for client meetings

  • Arrange new account packets and open new accounts

  • Research client inquiries and bring about timely resolution

  • Run client statements, tax reports and  ad hoc reports

  • Provide documentation for clients’ annual reviews

  • Manage clients’ tax payments, annual IRA contributions/required minimum distributions

  • Complete special projects as needed

  • Accept advanced responsibilities such as: preparing asset allocations and performance reporting

  • Administer newly acquired knowledge to systems, processes and situations with proficiency

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university

  • Internship in Wealth Management a plus

  • You possess excellent organizational and analytical skills.

  • You have a pleasant telephone manner and strong business writing skills.
