Part Time Field Sales Support Brand Advocate – Home Warranty Program

As a Sales Support Brand Advocate, you will be the face of our client, helping to increase the knowledge of their home warranty offerings to real estate offices, brokers, and agents, ensuring program success through effective brand advocacy, merchandising, networking, and strategic communication. You will manage an assigned territory, ensuring that realty offices are well-stocked with literature and that realtors are engaged—both in person and over the phone—to increase recommendations of our client’s services. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong customer service orientation and ability to make connections with people one one-on-one. - Ensure our client’s literature is appropriately displayed and merchandised in area realty offices
- Deliver key messaging about the client’s home warranty offerings, raising awareness and acceptance amongst key influencers in the real estate community
- Conduct in-person meetings to maintain visibility of the client’s offerings; this may include in-person “lunch and learn” training sessions and other networking opportunities
- Verify that promotional materials and displays are correctly placed, well-maintained, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards
- Collaborate with the client’s existing sales team to identify opportunities to raise awareness and lead generation
- Collect data and insights via Mosaic’s and/or the client’s reporting tool
- Admin responsibilities: Daily visit reporting, weekly/monthly conference calls, email communications, and required web-based training
- Minimum 1-3 years of sales in real estate, warranty, or insurance experience preferred. Sales and/or lead generation experience preferred.
- Field representation or territory management experience preferred
- Proven track record of success in sales or lead generation
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory
- Demonstrate effective decision-making skills and the ability to reason and take-action in resolving problems while exhibiting professional sound judgment
- Conducts business with integrity and maintains strong business ethics
- Persistence and drive to succeed in a competitive, service-driven marketplace
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Job Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to various locations within the assigned territory
- Must pass a federal background check
- Compensation includes an hourly wage plus bonus if targets are achieved
